By leaning into this evidence and adopting a giver’s mindset, you’ll begin to see yourself differently—no longer defined by a title, but by the impact you create. The result is confidence that’s calm, steady, and authentic—giving you the presence to attract clients and opportunities with ease.
With intelligence and confidence in place, Class 3 shifts to action—building a real plan for your Fractional business. You’ll design the seven parts of a complete plan: goals, value proposition, target clients, services, financial model, marketing, and sales.
This isn’t theory—it’s about turning your vision into a business you can run day to day. You’ll define what makes you valuable, who needs you most, and how to structure your work for both income and balance. You’ll also learn how to keep marketing and sales simple but consistent, so opportunities flow instead of feeling forced.
By the end of this class, you’ll have a clear, working plan that connects your strengths to real client needs and sets the stage for sustainable growth.
Class 4 is where your business stops being an idea and starts running like a business. We move from mindset and planning into the systems that keep you steady when life gets busy. You’ll learn how to structure your time around your peak energy, create simple rhythms for marketing and sales, and build follow-up and proposal systems that win trust and move clients to “yes.”
We’ll also introduce the Daily Ops Power Hour—a focused block of time to run your own business with clarity instead of reacting to chaos. These systems aren’t about complexity or software—they’re the scaffolding that keeps your work upright, protects your potential, and makes you look professional.
By the end of this class, you’ll have a reliable operating system that gives you rhythm, clarity, and momentum—so you can serve clients confidently and sustainably.
In Class 5, we go deep into how Fractional professionals actually gain clients—not by chasing, but by attracting. We break down the three highest-yield channels for Fractionals today: referrals, LinkedIn presence, and focused collaboration with other Fractional pros.
Referrals come when your value is clear and your reputation is consistent. LinkedIn becomes your digital storefront—where you show your thinking, your perspective, and your leadership in real time. And collaboration inside the Fractional ecosystem becomes a multiplier, because other Fractionals are closest to the problems you solve.
