Intellectual Property and LIcensing Policy

Effective July 1, 2019

1. Ownership

Voyageur U owns all intellectual property associated with its educational systems, programs, AI tools, instructional materials, frameworks, methodologies, and related content (“Voyageur U Materials”).

This includes materials delivered through:

  • Cohorts and courses
  • AI-powered tools
  • Community platforms
  • Digital downloads
  • Live or recorded sessions
  • Access does not transfer ownership.
2. License Grant

Voyageur U grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Voyageur U Materials for personal professional development only.

Materials are licensed, not sold.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Voyageur U Materials solely to:

  • Support your own learning
  • Inform your personal professional decisions
4. Prohibited Use

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Teach, train, or instruct others using Voyageur U Materials
  • Use materials in coaching, consulting, advisory, or client services
  • Create derivative programs, frameworks, or methodologies
  • Share, resell, distribute, or publish materials
  • Record or redistribute cohort sessions
  • Represent Voyageur U Materials as your own
  • Use AI outputs to train other AI systems
  • Extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer AI prompts, logic, or outputs

These restrictions apply even if materials are modified, paraphrased, or restructured.

5. AI Outputs

Outputs generated by Voyageur U AI tools are part of Voyageur U’s proprietary instructional system and are licensed for personal use only.

AI outputs may not be:

  • Used as client deliverables
  • Used to train other systems
  • Incorporated into competing products or services
  • Presented as original frameworks or methodologies
6. Confidentiality

Voyageur U Materials constitute proprietary instructional systems. Unauthorized disclosure or use is prohibited.

7. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in:

  • Termination of access without refund
  • Legal remedies for breach of contract or infringement
